Plasma cutting is the fastest cutting process for carbon steel. Plasma cutting increases production with more consistent cut quality every time for thicknesses lower than 2" thick. Unlike the oxy-fuel cutting process that cuts carbon steel only, plasma cutting is capable of cutting metals which form refractory oxides such as stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

Our plasma burning process is CNC driven, capable of faster cutting speeds than the Oxy-fuel burning process. Plasma burning process uses an arc to melt the metal, while the oxy-fuel process uses oxygen to thermally heat the metal.
